Før Royal Copenhagen fabrikken flyttede ud af byen i 2004, lå den et par århundreder tæt på byens centrum, og billederne i denne serie er fra det gamle fabriksområde, hvor jeg i en kort periode havde mulighed for at fotografere og fange den specielle produktionstemningen.

Before moving out of the city in 2004, the Royal Copenhagen factory was situated close to the city center of Copenhagen. The pictures in this gallery are all from the old factoryground, where – for a brief period – I worked, and brought with me my camera in order to capture the rather unique atmosphere in the production halls.

Muselmalerne plejede at have sjov med at smide slidte pensler ud af vinduet (til glæde for turister), hvor de så efterlod pletter på fliserne. The Muselmaling-painters used to have some fun tossing the old pensils out the windows (being picked up by guided turists), which naturally left some colourful stains on the tiles.
